Shipping policy
Order processing times.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Friday may not ship until our staff returns on Monday.
Shipping costs & Domestic and international shipping options.
We offer $10 flat rate shipping regardless of size anywhere in the contiguous 48 unites states. Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping is available at additional cost and will be determined during checkout based on the shipping method you select.
Local delivery options.
If you are a South Florida local we do offer local pickup at no additional charge. Please reach out to us via email at support@g2bgundamstore.com or direct message us on Instagram @g2bgundamstore for instructions before placing your order if you would like to arrange for local pickup. Times for this are limited so please make arrangements in advance as we may not be available to give you your order otherwise.
Returns, changes, and cancellations.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped but this will incur a 5% fee to cover transaction costs from our payment processor. If you would like to cancel a shipment once a shipping label has been purchased and the tracking has been forwarded to you we may not be able to intercept the package in time. We will accommodate if we can but cannot guarantee refund of shipping costs in these cases.

What Can be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be Unopened in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with proof of purchase and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items may be exchanged for a replacement if the item is in stock. If it is out of stock we will refund it. We may request for photos of the damaged product.
Gifts may be returned for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or cosplay props.
How To Return?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Return Shipping
We will provide a shipping label for any returns due to damaged or defective goods or our error. If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping cost and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Restocking Fee
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
Order tracking details.
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email that will contain tracking information for your package. Please give this at least 24hrs to arrive in your inbox as there may be delays will order processing emails.
